Purchasing eligibility
Restricted refrigerants require appropriate purchasing evidence. EPA technician credentials, employer authorization and refrigerant-reseller declarations are reviewed as applicable to the gas and intended use. A promise to hire a professional does not replace required evidence. Destination and product restrictions may also apply.
Prices and order review
The approved order records the selected refrigerant, grade, weight, price basis, quantity, cylinder arrangement, tax and fulfillment charge. Public prices exclude separately listed tax, shipping and deposits. Private company prices are available only to authorized members of approved accounts. Preview prices are test data and cannot be accepted as sales offers.
A cart or quote is not a completed sale. Availability, purchasing eligibility and any outstanding review must be resolved before an order is accepted for payment or approved company terms.
Payment and fulfillment
Square processes configured payment methods. Pending or failed payments do not authorize shipment. Approved company credit is governed by the days, limit and status assigned to that company. Fulfillment follows the confirmed pickup, delivery or shipping arrangement.
Product selection and cylinder handling
The buyer must have the refrigerant and application confirmed by a qualified professional against the equipment manufacturer's requirements. This storefront does not recommend substituting or mixing refrigerants. The product safety data sheet and applicable cylinder/transport requirements govern handling.
