CONFIDENCE IN YOUR SUPPLY

Speed. Purity. Professionalism.

Refrigerant quality should be documented. Understand lab reports, lot traceability and the role of AMALINA Technologies in ChillerGas supply.

Keep your job moving

Find the gas, grade and cylinder size your job calls for. Our Santa Fe Springs team coordinates warehouse pickup, local delivery and reviewed shipping quotes. Your confirmed order sets the fulfillment plan, and your account keeps order and shipment updates together.

Purity you can evaluate

A meaningful quality claim identifies the refrigerant, the tested lot, the laboratory and the specification used to judge the results. Ask for the released certificate of analysis (COA) for your order when you need to verify a measured result or project requirement.

AMALINA Technologies, Inc. is an AHRI-certified Refrigerant Testing Laboratory. AMALINA and Chiller Services are under common ownership. Laboratory certification covers the testing program; it does not by itself certify every cylinder or establish a result for an untested lot.

For a single-component refrigerant, identity and unwanted components matter. For a blend, the intended component proportions matter too. Moisture, acidity, residue and other applicable limits must also be evaluated. A single purity percentage does not describe all of those requirements.

What an AHRI 700 result means

AMALINA publishes a refrigerant-by-refrigerant guide to AHRI 700. For example, its R-22 reference lists a maximum of 0.5% by weight for other volatile impurities and 10 ppm by weight for water. Those are specification limits, not measured results for the cylinders in this catalog. A passing report must address all applicable characteristics, and blends must also meet their component composition limits.

The report should identify the applicable standard and edition. We link to the lab's reference so you can review the basis for a result; any stricter acceptance limits must be stated separately in the confirmed specification.

Have a stricter project specification?

Share the written specification before ordering. We can review the required parameters, units and acceptance limits against the documentation available for the proposed lot. A project-specific guarantee belongs in the confirmed order and must be supported by its test record.

Professional support, from selection to paperwork

Product pages identify grade, net fill and cylinder arrangement. Purchasing documents and company approvals stay with your account. Released lot reports can be attached to the fulfilled order, connecting the supplied material to its supporting record.

An SDS explains hazards and handling. A COA records analytical results for an identified sample or lot. Use both for their intended purpose, and match the SDS to the actual supplier and product on the cylinder label.
