How ChillerGas uses account, purchasing, payment and consent-based analytics information in shared Chiller Services operations.

Account and order information
ChillerGas and Chiller Services share customer and operational records. Authorized staff use contact details, order history, purchasing credentials and company authorizations to review eligibility, fulfill orders and provide support. Uploaded credentials are private documents accessed through temporary signed links.
Payments and accounting
Square processes payments. The storefront retains provider references and payment status, not card numbers. Authorized sales records sync to QuickBooks Online when connected. Public product pages and machine-readable files contain no private company pricing or customer records.
Cookies and optional analytics
Essential browser storage supports sign-in and the shopping cart. Optional attribution and analytics require consent. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change that choice. Declining analytics does not prevent shopping.
Access and retention
Contact the team to request access to or correction of your information. Refrigerant sales and financial records may be retained for applicable legal and accounting requirements. The final policy must specify the approved retention schedule and any additional rights that apply; this version is pending business review.
