Proposed sealed-cylinder returns
For business review: request authorization within 14 days of delivery for an unopened, sealed cylinder. Acceptance would depend on inspection, intact labeling and traceable lot information. Return transport, any approved charges and the refund amount must be confirmed in writing before collection. This draft is not a final published return promise.
Opened cylinders and custom fills
The proposed policy would exclude voluntary returns of opened, used, contaminated or custom-filled refrigerant. An incorrect product, damage or a quality concern remains subject to investigation and any applicable remedies. Returned material is held for inspection rather than immediately counted as saleable inventory.
Deposits, exchanges and customer-owned fills
Cylinder arrangements vary by product. Outright cylinders are sold to the buyer. Deposit cylinders require an approved return and inspection before a deposit refund. Exchanges require an accepted empty cylinder. Customer-owned fills require ownership, inspection and approved final fill weight; they begin as a reviewed request.
Damage, wrong products or quality concerns
Keep the packaging and lot labels, stop using the affected material and contact the team promptly. Photographs, delivery records and lot information help the investigation. Do not return a pressurized cylinder without authorization and transport instructions.
