## Purchasing eligibility

EPA sales restrictions cover specified refrigerants and containers. The applicable pathway may involve technician certification, purchase for a certified employee or resale. Section 608 and Section 609 relate to different service contexts. Upload the appropriate evidence and have the team review it for the gas and application; promising that a professional will install it is not a substitute.

## Sales-tax resale approval is separate

A purchasing credential does not establish sales-tax exemption. Upload the applicable resale certificate separately and identify the company and destination states. The team reviews validity and coverage. Until approved, the order follows the configured taxable treatment.

## Company access and wholesale pricing

Use your own verified login. Staff explicitly connect an account to an existing company so colleagues do not gain access just by sharing an email domain. Wholesale pricing and credit terms require separate approval. Tell the team which company you are authorized to purchase for, and keep that authorization current.

Uploaded credentials stay private. Public product pages, social previews and AI-readable product summaries never include customer documents or negotiated company pricing.
